Low Carb Cooking
There are so many things you need to be aware of when you have to count carbs. Of course these choices are usually main side courses like rice, pasta, bread and potatoes. These are not peripheral items, almost all these sides are an integral part of a main entrée. With rice, pasta and potatoes you can replace them in part or fully with cauliflower or other vegetables. There really is no good substitute for good old fashioned warm bread! My personal choice 80% of the time is to just leave out the bread but for some dishes that isn’t practical. A simple way to cut carbs if to steer away from deep fried food and opt for air frying. It amazing how versatile good air fryers can be.
